MISSION A:

NATURAL RESOURCES FUELS LOCAL MANUFACTURING & SELF SUFFICIENCY…

With an economy that uses its natural resources as inputs to manufacturing within the country to produce Value–Added End-Products for its own consumption and for export, and is self sufficient in food and creating wealth from Small, Medium, Large and Basic Industries for final use or to feed the parts and component needs of other industries, including new technologies.

MISSION B:

AN ENCOMPASSING ECONOMY THAT INCORPORATES 4 SECTORS: 

1. Primary Sector - The extraction or taking of raw materials. These can be renewable resources, such as fish, agri-based products or wind and water power or it can be the use of non-renewable resources, such as oil extraction, mining for coal, and other minerals. The primary sector must be used to fuel the secondary sector within the country.

2. Secondary Sector - Manufacturing Industries that use raw materials from within the country and abroad, to produce higher value added finished and quality products. The secondary sector makes and distributes finished goods: Manufacturing - e.g. producing parts of cars and cars itself, other tangible products. Construction - building homes and factories, etc. from parts made within the country. Utilities - providing goods like electricity, gas and communications etc., including equipment and paraphernalia.

3. Service/Tertiary Sector - Services that provide the intangible aspect of offering services to consumers and businesses, and other sectors including, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Investment, Health and Wellness, Leisure and Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Transportation, Information Technology, the Professions, etc., are among the best.

4. Quaternary/Knowledge Sector- The intellectual aspect of the economy that includes education, training, research and development of technology are encouraged, to enable entrepreneurs to innovate better manufacturing processes and improve the quality of products and services produced by the economy towards a better quality of life.

AN ECONOMY THAT PROMOTES , REWARDS & NURTURES…

Its citizens for Innovation and Success, while nurturing and retraining those left behind to be competitive, or to find other areas of excellence, and have a meaningful life. Successful citizens & other nationalities through programs, are made to be mentors.

MISSION D:

FILIPINOS IN EFFECTIVE CONTROL…

With a self-reliant economy that protects the lives, health, and patrimony of the people from pernicious globalization, supply chain disruptions, and foreign control. The participation of foreign-owned or controlled companies and foreign governments are welcome, but are strategically dispersed among countries and people that share Philippine values and principles for a global power balance and to avoid monopolistic control of the country by only one or two foreign interests.

MISSION E:

AMONG THE TOP ECONOMIES…

With a GDP per capita of at least the top 50% of countries worldwide; poverty and unemployment rates are below 3% and 1.5 % of the population respectively.
