MISSION A:

THE BEST CITIZENS ARE IN GOVERNMENT

The best qualified for government positions are methodically nurtured and vetted based on a standard excellence template of qualifications that are verified for fair comparison among elected & appointed candidates, and regular performance accountability is conducted.

MISSION B:

NATURAL RESOURCES ARE USED FOR LOCAL – BASED FACTORIES

To create jobs and higher levels of productive capability, natural resources must be used first and foremost, as inputs to value-added manufacturing of end-products within the country. Mining or harvesting of minerals and other natural resources purely for exports must be restricted to encourage local manufacturing, with long term purposeful orientation.

MISSION C:

PROTECTOR OF COUNTRY, CITIZENS, TERRITORY & PATRIMONY 

All branches of government, are Protectors of the Filipino People, the Archipelagic Territory, and Patrimony of the Nation. Laws are clear and are dispensed fairly in a timely manner. Philippine-owned companies and Filipinos have priority in government funded projects and if absolutely necessary, foreign individual experts (not companies) are brought in to assist, work with and transfer skills to Filipino citizens.

MISSION D:

FRONT OFFICE SERVICES ARE FIVE STARS

The physical layout, facilities and management of Government Front-Office-Services that are in direct contact with the people, are rendered professionally with efficiency, honesty and within time limits in a 5-star environment. Laws, rules and regulations and procedures for government permits and licenses, and signage are clearly publicized and efficiently managed.

MISSION E:

THE 12 TRAITS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE 

Based on the United Nations and aspirations of citizens, the following traits of Good Governance are in place and in practice: 
With the 12 Traits of Good Governance in place and in actual practice alongside this Economic Compass Pillars 5, the OFW – Overseas Filipino Workers program becomes anachronistic.
